Friend's 16V for sale

After fourteen years of ownership, my mate has decided the time has come to sell his 16V. Some of you may have seen it at one of the Phoenix Park meets a few years ago. It's a well looked-after example but it's at the stage where it needs some money put into it which he can't justify, so he's letting it go.

The good:
1990 1.6-16 (Irish car, two owners from new)
113K miles
NCT to Sept. 2012
Full Honda (Clonskeagh Motors) service history
Carbon fibre sunroof (from 12Tune)
15" OZ Polaris rims
Removeable steering wheel.
Back box (standard) just replaced
Huuuuuuge rear spoiler!!

The bad:
Sunroof tray rotten causing a leak on to the seatbelts
Bodywork needs attention as evidence of rust is appearing and lacquer is peeling in places

Asking price: €1500 (is this about right?)

Like I say, it has been well cared for down the years, but the bodywork needs attention now to bring it back up to scratch, and he can't justify spending the money on it as it isn't used very much any more. He would like it to go to an enthusiast rather than someone who will ruin it, which is why it's going here first before the Donedeal/Buy&Sell route.
