Looking back over this again hard to believe how it started out to how it is now. Its looking unreal in person Ken.
So much Id have liked to look over on the car if I had more time last week, is the AC working now?
I must also get a rear Honda triangle sticker the back of mine is looking very bare without it.
How are you getting on with the Fujitsubo too? Its very subtle could almost pass off as OEM

Its actually quite hard for me to judge the exhaust - the car had a straight through pipe to a janspeed exhaust when I got it - sounded like a motorbike. I find it pretty restrained at low idle, definitely opens up a bit - takes a bit of getting used to with the rest of the fleet being a lot quieter. The E30 325i has a Larini exhaust which is almost silent in comparison, and the E36 325i has an Eisenmann which is very quiet too. Feel rather conspicuous driving around in a car which makes noise !
AC isn't working a the moment - its not gassed, so the compressor won't kick in. Also have a slight issue with the receiver drier - the connections are a very tight fit with the EDM headlights, so need to do a small modification to get it wired in properly. Logically though, it should all work once its gassed - everything is in place anyway.

Also the door restore kit you got from partsforcars.ie, did you drop in and just pick the kit or is it a special order setup?
