Default RS-R Ti2000 springs

Been looking into some suspension work since I'm getting some wheels for my Rex. Found some springs from RS-R called Ti2000. They quote a 2.2 inch drop in the front and 1.6 inch drop in the rear. The spring rates are 279lb(front) and 218(rear). Anyone know what the stock spring rates are for the 91 CRX Si (USDM)? And how would the RS-R springs compare to the stock ones? Or does anyone have any suggestions for a different set of springs from another manufacturer? The Ti2000's are progressive rate which is great and I would preferrably want to go with progressive rate springs. Thanks!
