EF7 Suspension components

I want to do a bit of work on the undercarriage of the CRX and will probably get a few bits powdercoated.

In terms of differences between models - are parts off the 1.6 16 or EF6 interchangeable with the EF7? Ideally want to pick up spares, have them coated and then just fit them up rather than have to leave the car on a ramp for a week or two.
