First payment of 1000 shows that your not messing about and gives you a deposit to start the bidding in the auctions..
Second payment after 3weeks is 50% of the auction price. Third payment is when the boat lands to pay off the balance. You have to do absolutely nothing, your e-mail every day tells you whats there, if anything is of interest you give a price and the bidding is done for you by Gavin.. Couldnt be easier..

Apparently, you can't bid a Japanese car auction (an actual auction now, not an online auction) without a special licence.
