you really have to many questions for me to sit down and go through, im sure it has been covered loads of times on there. Plus its a us forum so is more suited to you.

As for the oil, what do you mean, that the oil level is above the level on the dip stick?

Then obviously there is too much oil in the engine, this is bad and may cause damage too seals hence may be a reason for black smoke, drain it out and change the oil.
