Offset is basically how far the wheel stick in or out in the arches..

The width of the wheel may be 7inches.
If the spokes are on the outside of the rim the wheel will be 7inches in under the arch..
If the spokes are on the inside of the rim the wheel will be 7inches outside the arch...

Kinda the basic idea of offset

ok i still dont get it , using the above wheel size 7j x 15 et13 . with is 7" , diamater is 15" what is the et13 bit ? when people say a wheel will rub because of the ofsett , but the wheel is still only 7" ?

03s from the states , hope to get them for around $300 each delivered , with the dollar rate so good and still falling , you would be mad not to .i got the koni yellows , eibach springs and the ground control coilovers for 690 euro including post and bank charges for transactions , now i just hope mr customs is nice ..
