Default What springs??

Ok people who know far more than me.....

Just noticed when doing front pads that I have a broken coil spring. The car is a standard SiR, on kyb shocks. Budget small, so nothing fancy...
Am thinking either kyb springs (standard) or Tenzo R springs which give a bit of a drop.
I do a few trackdays a year (soon to be a lot less with a child due soon!)

Anyone any experience of the Tenzo ones? Not overly keen on lowering from a comfort / speed bump point of view....
Any opinions or advice welcome.

Tenzo are ment to be complete dung heard lots of lads saying they were horrible to drive with.

Chris Type R might be able to help you out with cheap shocks and lowering springs that originally came on his CRX remember they were nice to drive with and give a nice drop from what I remember when Jeff had it
