Its the original exhaust of it before been boosted. Nial and a friend of his has been constructing this project. Nial has fabricated most of the piping system which when ya see it n person, is impressive. I haven't been involved in any practical side of it. Just been helping with the small bit of science behind it. Ha ha. Looking forward now to tuning it. Waiting on part's is the only issue at the moment and that drive's me up the wall. My car z having a power run n westward sat. Draging again sunday. Hopin for 300hp plus. Was 260hp on 6psi last november so tis running 11psi now.

project update: it works.... Quite well

Still alot of fine tuning to do, turbo is to big for the job causing alot of lag but when it gets moving there's no stopping it. I'll try and get a video up

Everyday I look out my window I see a sorry excuse of a crx looking at me. Its beginning to annoy me now. So decided to take things into my own hands (Of course help will be needed from you guys as I have little or no experience doing anything [:I] lol) I will be doing everything to make this look tasty without going overboard. Engine wise, I will leave to someone who knows what they are doing. So I will be only doing cosmetic.

Plans:
Strip the whole car down to its shell
Mugen Replica body kit with carbon spoiler
Remove the skunk2 exhaust and replace with original (help might be needed)
Reseal all windows
Restore leather seats
Remove sunroof and add metal in place of it
New shocks (D2's)
Carbon fibre bonnet
and then respray in champ white w/black or dark pearl blue w/black.

Alot of work for someone who hasnt ever done anything like this before but I think it will be worth it in the end

Also forgive me if progress is slow but I have no where to store the car so it all depends on the weather been dry etc.

Here is how it looks now

and hopefully afterwards like this

not as flasy mind you []

got any pics of the skun2 exhaust m8?

Well, went ta bishopscourt yesterday. 1st run, 12.5 sec. 2nd run, broke inner cv joint. Can't have good day's without bad one's i guess. Still bet personal record. That 1400hp r32 nearly blew us of the sideline when it done a high 8sec. It was mad and they were awfull sound people. I was talking to them for a while.

Well to be honest it was 2 off the 3 bearing's in the inner cup that failed. Hasport drive's and last year the passenger side failed the same way before the turbo. I replaced it with a standard prelude one. Have ya seen how them bearing's have the steel plate on them, and makes it a bitch to fit them in. Well the hasport don't have them and are much easier to fit but way weaker!!!! Honda oem part's any day in my book!
