How about we pin-point and set a Date in April to give people time?

Pick a Saturday maybe and punish those who put their names on the list and don't turn up - temporary Ban or something cause I see it on other sites constantly, people putting their names on the list and not turning up.

Thats a bit harsh Ronan, isn't it but the ideas behind it is pretty good, can be fair annoying when people don't turn up

I'm up for a good meet anyway, Saturday would be best and Cork sounds good
