Right I've reinstalled the imgur app so it's working again. Here is the wind deflector Kdevitt.

Yeah I think it was Singapore alright,C-Rex got them for us as part of a group buy. I had the cheap Team Heko ones on it before and to be honest they looked grand as well but they fitted into the window channel rather than on the door like these ones.

Just a quick job today, and nothing too exciting. Bought a Honda headunit off adverts.ie about two years back - advertised as brand new and unused. Was only week or so later that I checked it and from the state of the harness, it had seen quite a bit of use at some stage. I wasn't overly bothered to be fair - it was €20 or so!

Had a look at it again last week one afternoon and the harness was more or less unsalvageable. I ordered two separate harnesses - one being the Honda to ISO connector and then a specific Pioneer to ISO one. Still don't have the CRX back - so decided to test it in one of the other babies. Turned on the ignition - and nothing. Took it out again and one of the pins on the headunit itself was way out of position. Took the unit apart and got the pin back into the right position. Hooked it up again, and still nothing. Was getting it ready for the bin - and realised there was no fuse in place. Stuck it back in, and finally had it working.

Have to say - for an old headunit, the sound is great. Theres a pretty cheap 00's Blaupunkt unit in the E30 at the moment and the sound from this is far superior.

Nice one kdevitt, looks great. I found an original Gathers one at an auto jumble in Swords a couple of years ago. I posted it up here in the interiors section.
