Was it a genuine Mugen mani yea? Didnt have the sensors built in?

Done well to get a good vt rad they break way too easy
Would you go for a Jap type rear bumper?

He reckoned it was a mugen one i dunno, it had the single O2 sensor down at the rear of the mani. Wasn't the right one for the A1 anywho. Is there much difference in the bumpers Paul other than the numberplate?
Stuck the exhaust on, its from the mani back but has got a middle box but its feckin mad loud sounds like theres no exhaust[:0]. Gonna pack up the back box with baffle and see will it make it any quieter/raspier.

Did you see if its blowing out at the flanges? Them Scorpions shouldnt be insane loud, exhaust past colud seal that up if its blowing there..

Yea thats the newer type mani can be made right with the bolt/recievers to weld onto the mani and block the bottom one but not worth it if its a rough manifold to start with.. Did you try www.12tune.nl for a new one even they might not be too expensive and would be straight bolt on jobs too.

Back bumper is just the number plate difference but would be cool to see on it..

Oh and as for your sills how bad are they? Would you not just cut up a bonnet or some flat panel and weld it in tidy and load it up then with waxoil or something cause it wont be seen under the covers anyway so will be sorted still and any imperfections will be hidden..

Well theres slip joints on the exhaust and i welded one of them solid so theres only the joint at the back box and the manifold and the exhaust donut is there at the front so i presume its sealin, ill check later. Ah there would be a bit of bollooxin at the sills ya'd spend a good bit of time fabricating up repair sections, plus im fairly fussy when it comes to stuff like that and id want it done right. I was onto Kieran again so i think im gonna get the rear cut off him and then may try and sort the remainder using civic sills.

Mark McCandless used to have a Scorpion on his CRX. I remember it being seriously loud.
