For sale ad from Aoibee, who i bought it off, showing 129k km's. I reckon Cruising CRX's ad was a type-o

Ok, price dropped to 2200 with some of the jdm bits removed, but will happily throw them in to the right buyer. Waiting on a few bits from Stan to get it right. Im replacing the short bit of loom behind the ignition switch, due to one side of the part that you fasten it to the barrell being snapped, so best to get a new bit in there. Would love this to go to someone here so will cut cr-x.org members a good deal.
As before, you will probably need to weld a few patches on the sills (not an NCT fail). Everything else is perfect.

Not really, i think my price was unrealistic. i got one call, not sure if it was a prank coz the lad was an absolute muppet, going on about type r's and the likes, so i made excuses not to meet him. Once i get the few bits fitted from Stan, i will get new photos taken and put up a new advert.

price isn't unrealistic. muppets on donedeal will tell you it is but don't listen to them. they only want to get a quick bargain. try putting it on carzone. might get better interest

Not unrealistic for the car and condition but 90% of people on donedeal are looking for the cheapest car possible!! This would shift better to lads thet could appreciate it.. Maybe try Honda Haven and give a little breakdown of the history.. Take off all the nice bits too they wount add much value on the car but if stuck for money will make more seperate

true, would be rare to get 3k for a dual carb, unless it was someone who appreciated the oem extra's and their value. Probably worth a fortune to me on ebay if i was bothered. Will relist it with new photos next week for 2200 and see how i do.

Fcuk it man. I've been around Honda's and all other Car's a long time.
When ya have something, that ya know you won't get your hearts worth in euro's, ya should keep it.
Like, I'd love a crx, like what Nial had, I loved that car to DRIVE!, but, I have this eg, and I love it too.
But I think I've a comprised with myself. The eg is just about road lega and that is What I have tried to maintain during it drag cycle. Why? Because, I need a fast car. LOL
I have a Rex, that will be my totally finished car, some day. It's gona be slow ,project, but I'm looking forward to that, cause I want it finished to a tee, designed for Celtic tiger time's. LOL
I've the engine, chassis, and headlights now. ha, O, the turbo is there too.
