be careful and do not overtighten screws break very easy

As above, I've seen several cases where someone has accidentily over tighted the screws on the Rocker cover. It is actually very easy to over do them and not easy to remedy broken ones!

happend me with two of them but i was gettin the timing belt done and tappets adjusted and me mechanic fixed them somehow he didnt charge i never asked and he never said so best keepin the mouth shut but it the rubber under them i think there wee ba****ds

Sorry to bring up this post I know it was ages ago but I just wanted to say I bout the rocker cover off my mates old ek9 for a tenner and I thought that was expensive I think I may have got a deal lol, anyway when I have finished painting my new my old one will be on ebay for 40 if anyone is interested [8D][:I]
