i'm after going del sol mad recently. i never used to think that much of them but in the last few weeks i've started to really like them. i think its because you don't see much of them around compared to civics and integras etc.. i was looking up a few pictures of them and i'm definatly gonna own one someday. heres a few serious ones i've seen

This would be a cool project aswell

the main reason they get stick cause a lot of people here and in the UK have no taste in modifying them...I've seen loads in galway all rotten because of the bodykits and shitee they put on it.

Plus its great winding ye up

Yeah, the amount of skangery ones in Ireland is unreal, theres no real bodykits that suit them, they all seem to be oversized crap, maybe cause its a small car too it doesnt really carry a kit well. They look better kitted in the jdm style with oem carbon bonnets and lips, nice subtle fitments and lowered on small wheels. They are a class car though, im biased but i love mine, its very light and being an Sir is niffty too. I love the bug eye lights, might stick dark yellow fog bulbs in there.

I plan to sell this after ive completed my plans with it, €3500ish if you're interested [^]
Ill be concentrating on my main toy then:

Just a little update, have the front disks and calipers off, hoping to get the balljoints out tomorrow and get the knuckle/hub off each side. Then bang on the Teg hubs/knuckle and hopefully that'll be the front sorted.

Made a little more progress, ive the front hubs off now along with the brakes, im slow but getting there, learning as i go along and am buying tools as i find i need them so thats slowing me down, the likes of big breaker bars and ball joint splitters, etc. Im debating if ill lower the car on springs now that i have the knuckels and that off, nows the time to do it i suppose, but just not sure if i could tackle that job myself, im slow enough getting these bits done, dont really want the car sitting up too long either. :hmmm) I can get spring compressors for €30 so i might attempt it

Poor car is back on stands a week after getting sprayed up

The ball joint splitter i bought is my new best friend Tis very handy item, doesnt damage the boot at all really, i greased it up to help avoid damaging the rubber boots. I never removed theese before this week., its amazing what ya learn when you get stuck in.

Hubs removed
