Well since mapping Ive been away on holidays so that was over a week wasted and a strain on the funds..
Anyway since I returned to rain I found the water in the rear of the boot, put this down to a cracked rear passengers side light so finally replaced it after having one there waiting for it for about 3 years...  All nice and clean with a better seal on it too so hope this stops it!  Also while on the matter of rain and leaks I decided it was finally time to check... The sills[:0] Bearing in mind this car was parked up pretty much for 5 years outside I was dreading this job undoing all the cap screws I was just waiting for a rain of rusty when I removed the caps but luckly this is what was waiting for me!   Both sides are absolutely perfect even better than the Dual Carb really delighted as its one less thing to worry about now.. While it was out too just said Id throw up a pic of the ECU.. Its a standard obd1 P28 than with a chrome mapped chip in it (Its the one on the top left marked SSR) and also the adaptor harness from obd0 to obd1 you can see that not even that was plug and play, Gary had to do some rewiring as some on it were wrong   Next up is to get a manifold for it, tax and NCT

I told ya that shell was very impressive. Bet ya were nervous taking of the plastic, lol,
and when ya seen the condition, ya taught of more upgrades. LOL.

Yea Gary I went to do it a few times but was too scared it would have ruined the car for me!
Straightened the bits on the sill where it was jacked in the wrong place so looks better there too.. Just washed the car there and spotted the drivers side tail light was cracked too so changing that later too.. Mani came up for sale too that has me kinda half tempted too B18 Skunk2 Alpha series brand new in kildare   Or an RMF Replica from ebay in the states new would be the same kinda money..

WOW, those Sills are A1 Paul.
I was actually only thinking of your CR-X the other day. I can't believe those Sills are in such good condition with the weather we'd been getting. Savage. That has to be the cleanest Rex in the country when it comes to rust anyway. I'll give you 2k for it plus my Citroen [B)]

Id LOVE to Ronan but I couldnt do that to you its such a nice car youd hate to get back into a CRX from it.. Citroen suits you now..
Id say Gary/Nualas one is possibly cleaner which will do you nicely when its done.....
