Yeah, I think mine should be the later model. I heard that problem with the welds on some of them before, all right.

Last day I was up in Dublin I met Trevor (who mapped the car) and he had a dyno print out from the day we were up..

This shows the difference in the runs from having the back box and standard air box fitted BLUE Line

To just doing a power run with the fuel increased and the back box and air box removed PINK Line

19.2whp in the difference[^]

On the blue line you can see when vtec engages at 6200rpm the power curves blips and then only improves slightly..
Where as the pink line pulls way strongerall the way. So hopefully with the parts above fitted with the new centresection and more mapping it will be well able to move[8D]

Also brought Jeffs CRX to mine today to get it ready for selling
Brians Old wheels now under it now

Yea I think the wheels actually suit it pretty well..

Yea any time your looking on info on mapping give a call, Gary (mcd22) would know loads about it too..
The Apexi ECU would in the thread I put up would work on your setup straight off but the cost of getting that mapped would be alot more expensive for what is essentially an old system.. Rechipped 0bd1 ecu is far better and Trevor can do the mapping for you then on the road.. Gary, Stephen K and myslef have our cars mapped by him and Garys is the fastest FWD in the country and stephen the fastest 1.6 so he must be doing something right

+1 for Trevor! He'll see you right Brian. He's also in Dublin so it's very convenient for you[^]
