Well after a nice Christmas and New Years away, it was time to knuckle down and complete this little swap, so two(stupidly)leisurely weekends and then a mad dash finishing up at 3am midweek in subzero temps....deffo need to avoid that next time around!

Not many pictures really due to the cold and it was a bit of a mess. Hour or so outside and back inside to warm up again!

General Chaos..note my best friend hanging out in the bottom left!

ACT XACT Streetlite 12.5lbs Flywheel & Exedy Clutch (OE Pro-Kit as this will be DD)

Cleaned up the Gearbox as best I could in the time I had, I miss having a farm yard to haul it out to and degrease away...did my best to keep the street/garage floor clean!

All in, AC hardline were not my friend...going in or out!! Still gotta sort out the AC/Cooling harness which was all cut up by previous owner though, rad is just temp rigged up for now!

Nice not having to drop a gear, spins up nice and quickly with the flywheel but not crazy where its a pain to DD. Nice balance overall.

Pic from last Autumn when I pulled it out of the garage to start commuting in again.

This is great. White with the short light front is just something you don't see in Ireland these days.. Do you find it hard sourcing parts for it in the states. How are they for pricing parts?
