UPDATE:

fitted SIR seats with lumbar support, very comfortable!
replaced broken washer jet with one from an accord
replaced ARB bushings, not sure if i did it right though
refitted 2nd hand seatbelt as it was twisted
refitted bulb from wing indicator which i had forgotten to previously
DIY'd an aluminium bar as a battery holder
Car is now bronze-tint all around again
powerwashed arches and under car to get all that grit/sand off from the "big freeze"
Good clean inside and out.

Will post pics when i get a chance. Think ill rename my project SIR wannabe as thats how its beginning too look.
Big thanks to Ronan for the seats, Paul for looking after them and Niall for picking them up for me. Awesome-O!!!!

Business Name: SHAMROCK SPARES AND PANELS
Address: BALLYDUNLEA
BALLYHAR
Town/City: KILLARNEY
County/State:

Whats the best way to protect the inner arch when the outer has been cut away. I know this is a weakness as moisture can get it. Im thinking a good clean, a few coats of hammerite or whatever the proper protective paint is, and then seal it with copious amounts of waxoil? The last thing i want is for the tin worm to come back once i get this done!
