hahaha tat wud be pretty nuttz if it was tho no wonder it so light..wt did u do with ur eg civic or do u still drive it. i dont no weather this is a stupid question or not but is all u have to do to compete in the time attack is register and turn up on track days with a suitable car

i sold the eg shell but took all the running gear out of it to go into the crx.
Yea to enter ta just build the car to the safety spec and register to compete. You have to be over 18 with full irish licence. no other cathces or lic etc.

the main thing is a good cage...no dash dodgers.
fire exten
fia harness (seat can be oem or fia approved)
kill switch on inside
bonnet and boot servicable from outside (leave key in boot)
and clothing

but other than that just car!!!
cheapest motorsport...
€50 euro to register
€150 per event (same price as track day excet twice as much track time with exact time print outs)

its not as hard as most think to enter

i'll eventually do it down the line! i grew up playing gran turismo so its like a child hood dream!!

yea cool so is that 1.8 in class d. yea it isn't really for the amount of enjoyment id say you get out of it. i wonted to get into it this year but ran into no end of problems so hopefully next year. ill have to come have a look at ur crx when ya get it finished.. when u hope to have it ready

yea me to hahaha i think i nearly had every simulation racing game there was. u gettin the new forza 3

ha ha im confusde!

ok small update. got second coat of primer on.. waiting on good weather as im paintin the inside myself but do it outside to avoid destoring all other cars. so hopefull paint the cage black with 3 coats this sunday and the the car yellow during the week. ill be getting the outside done by a pro....

some goodies arrived for me today.
d2 hydrolic handbrake (maily for weight saving)
goodridge braided brake lines
wilwood brake bias controller

crap pic but i dont want to take another pic of scond primer coat cos it looks the same ha ha
