thanks for all the comments!!!

update. today we cleaned and painted the rear arms. pressed out the old bushes and pressed in the rs rosejointed ones. the whole back arms are now rosejointed. painted the rear calipers and put in the caobone loraine rc6 series pads. the brake lines are bf goodridge. rear end done )
all the handbrake lines and fittings were removed.

hey update again...
just finished my favourite mod to this whole build... the gear box.
the below is the pics of strip and build.

the spec....
2000 ctr sc4 gear box
ats and accross plated 1.5 way lsd
ats and accross speedometer gear and connection
close ratio, shot peened 3rd, 4th and 5th gears

the box with new parts

main shaft split, old gears out


main shaft and new gears


new gears all assembled and clearences checked.... all good!!

Update... done a few nights just had no time to put up pics.

cleaned down and fitted front sub frame and manual rack. i unfortunatly have to run the old upper and lower front rams for the min as the rose jointed ones have not landed yet. using the eg k sports with 12 kg front springs and 10 kg rear springs. then we cleaned down the front hubs and fitted the rs roll center adjusters. new brembo discs and goodridge braided lines and carbon louraine pads. the roll bar is stock dual carb one... have my reasons ha ha. then fitted the wheel spacers ( 1 " ones) the pedal boxs were cleaned down and tonite i fitted the clutch section and the brake booster. more updates soon!!!!

update

fitted steering colum and finished pedal box, also fitted the razo pedals to the pedal box. sparco deep dish steering wheel and boss.
Fitted new outer track rod ends too.


Looks far back, but seat is well back hope its ok ha ha



Mounted clutch resvoir and wiper motor


rear engine mount fitted



old wheels on, the new wheels had no tyres so its old for a min,


bye bye old rotessiery




it moves!!!


new handbrake and mounted the brake bias valve to the handbrake.



ill plumb the brakes over the next day or few...

man, i'm seriously loving this thread! really has me thinking about getting a track car next year and just start doing everything to it without having to worry about it passing ncts and taxing it and all the other usual shiteee that goes along with modifing road cars
