Default , 1.5x build .28TH APRIL 2009 * UPDATE *

a brief history , i bought this car in 2002 , i was first owner from after it was imported , it was very clean with approx 60k miles on the clock , i put a few miles on it , and then for no good reason sold it in 2005 and bought a del sol vti , which i still have and love , the new owner had the car for less than a year and was then disqualified from driving , car sat in his garage for months and then he sold it , next owner had it less than a year and was also disqualified  , the car then sat in his drive for nearly a year when i heard about all this , so i decided to put the car out of its misery ,as i always regretted selling it . the pics below show the sorry state it had gotten onto .

the car is now in body shop , all dings and dents to be sorted , and a full respray.

the car will be repainted in the same honda black , but there will be sa slight metalic finish added . the amount of filler looks alot worse in the pics ,but as mamook said , its not about how much you put on , its how much you take off that counts .

shiny shiny .
ok i bought this off ebay , its a full cat back %100 t304 stainless steel eggsause , its 2 1/4 inch tubing ( inner diameter ) mandrel bent , ant the welds look spot on , although im no expert , its made by a company called himoto tenrai , i paid ...........wait for it .................e200 , delivered from the states .i did a bit of home work before buying , the consensus is that the muffler ain't world class and prob will need changing after about a year , but the rest is spot on , so ill be full SS from muffler back, for e200
.

sorry for quality of phone pics , cant find my camera .

Great project you have there. That car was in a terrible state. Good to see that your saving it and giving it a good home
