Default SiR ef8 glassroof project

As some of you may know I bought a 1992 SiR Glassroof CR-X with no engine in it about a 15 months ago.

I've since then set about looking for spare parts for her as follows..

1. B16 engine, gearbox, drives.
2. Full stainless steel exhaust.
3. Sparco NS2 Crimson alloys
4. Pass Wing
5. Front bumper
6. Stanley Yellow JDM Fogs
7. Jdm DC5 2 din cd dvd sat nav stereo
8. Small bits like Sparco gear shifter, Megan racing strut brace and induction kit.

Still needing a few more bits...
1. Coilovers
2. Driver door card
3. Mugen rear spoiler

Here's how she looked when I first got her

Well I've started on a donor car I bought for all the running gear and have taken the engine out.

The 16valver came out to play!!!

Thats the engine and gearbox out! Next I'm gonna degrease engine and clean up the engine bay, also going to take all the small brakets and such out to clean all surface rust and prime and paint

Here some pics of the spare bits I have....

Not to bad. Good luck with it.
I'll give ya a small tip. Take of the bonnet when your fitting to the other car. REmoving 4 bolt's give's such freedom.

Good start so far Stan.....

The current length of time for project record held by C-Rex is about six years , so at the moment, your coming along at a flying pace......
