Default Crx as Classic

Hey guys i was wondering if a crx is 20 years old is it counted as a classiccar in ireland, and if so whats the benefit if any???

You might be able to get it insured as a classic, possibly with limited mileage at 20. Classic tax doesn't kick in until 30, though.

As of this year you can't get reduced tax and no NCT on a 30 year old car - it must be 1979 or older.

You should be able to get limited mileage classic insurance, but you must have a non classic insured also - ie - it must be your second car.
