Great power, is it a Y1 box you have in it?

What tires you running? It should be good for low enough 13s, 12s are very hard to get to with a NA road car but its definitely manageable with a good setup

yea paul its y1 i think its ideal for drag racing
before i put in the y1 box i try the 4.4 and 4.7 gearboxs in the crx
just to see which is better i found the yi with the longer fd and gears was better
The reason i went with this set up was the times you're self and steve got with 1600cc cable gearbox 13.4 and 13.3
i was thinking what if you had a
bigger engine with more power with cable gearbox surly i might get into 12s it be very intersting yo see what happens next year
I ran maxi sport road track tyres in abbeyshrule
next year i run slicks

Steve ran his time on a Y1 non LSD box

I had an LSD Y1 in mine but it was grinding and was holding me back, after doing a trackday too the Y1 ratios didn't suit so went for a YS1 with ITR internals and a 4.7.. It really didn't suit for 1/4 miles but was savage for track which I prefer..

Your setup and Y1 should drop you into 12s alright with the right conditions
