Okay, so recently I've become interrested in getting some strut braces for the front and rear of my CRX. I know that they would stiffen up the chassis a bit, which would not only improve multiple areas of the car's handling and feel, but also improve the ride quality. Was wondering if anyone had any experience into this arena with their CRX and if there were any suggestions on maybe the manufacturer that I should look into purchasing the braces from. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I thought stiffening the chassis would decrease ride quality?
I mean whats gonna feel better when going over a bump, a stiff rock hard chassis or a loose flexible chassis? As for braces, all mine are unnamed ebay jobs I think, came with the car. Theres one on my 16v thats a big chunky bastard and has a mugen sticker on it. But im guessing another ebay jobbie. |

Actually stiffening the chassis allows the suspension to better deal with road imperfections and does improve the ride quality as well as allows you to better tune your suspension. Just found some strut braces on PasswordJDM.com. It's a great site with a good amount of stuff for CRX's and the like.
