Default Maybe dirty petrol ??

Im Having a bit of bother with my car each time i go and put petrol in it ..i went to the garage 2day and put 20e in to it and it took 5 mins to start up.. any body any ides as what mite be problem ..
car starts perfect every other time tis only happens wen i put petrol in it ..it gets kind of embarresing[:I][:I] when u have a cue of cars behind you waiting to use the pump next haha [:I][:I][:I]

could be dirt at the bottom of the tank and gets mixed up in the petrol when up top up and settles again after 5 minutes

Is all the fuel being lost back to the fuel tank when you open the fuel cap possibly..

The dual carb has a mechanical fuel pump on the head so it doesnt auto prime before starting.. Could be a non returen valve inline thats not working..

Thanks for your replies im thinking it could be dirt and if it is how could i get rid of it..other than take the tank off ???:

Change the fuel filter first you can get them from a motor factor

I thought main relay. Used to always happen to me in petrol stations. Is it a VTEC?

took off my fuel filter and poured out the petrol as it was black dirty so now my injectors ar clogged cause when i drive now it spluters and i bit smokey wud injecter cleanner help tis problem ,,,????
