Default Koyo Racing radiator

has any body installed a koyo racing rad with out doing any Mods? if you did do a mod what did it take to make it fit?all help would be greatly helpfull...doing this mod to a 91 CR-X SI

Depends on which one you mean.

1.) There is a direct replacement which will fir fine in a Si (There are mods needed if fitting to a vt/sir)

2.) Half size rad from a eg civic.

I will be fitting this due to space restrictions, if fitting with front stock x-member you will have to lean it back to clear the hood afaik.

I will be using it with a full-race traction bar so hopefully wont need to do this

im using the stock front crossmember.

If you use the crx specific you will be ok.

If you are using the 92-00 civic, half size you will most likely need a lean. You may get away with it if your car is a facelift jdm si, im not sure.

92-00 half size, one im using, install pics have still a while to go




Out of interest why are you putting one in, they are mega money tbh.
