What do you mean by 16v, crx? that will be no good to you id say

I got a koyo eg half rad, cant rem was it 32 or 28mm core but you do have those two choices.

Im not sure but with a stock X-member you have to lean the eg rad back a bit to clear the bonnet. I'm using a full-race bar.

Actually talking of full-race i think the may make a custom type rad a bit shorter than the eg so you dont need to lean it.

Not sure if its to be used with their bar too or can it be used with stock x-member. It also may be too small for your application

Do a bit of hunting on honda-tech, should be covered loads of times

John

you lost me john!

I know full-race rads are made to be used with their traction bars, and those are for the 16v so that rules them out!
also i dont want to have to lean the rad back, seen it done a few times but i dont fancy doin it!
i just wanted to know is there a half size rad that will be a direct fit?

most of handa-tech are 16v's!

All thats diff is the hose outlet is smaller on the 16v, you will have to use a spacer piece and clamp it down on that. Im sure you could do that with fullraces shorty rad. Maybe fullrace have addressed this as they will mostly be used on b series engines anyway

Unless you get a full-race x-member (which will be a bit difficult seeing as you have a vt, Anthony at Full-Race did mention somthing about a da bar fitting for other customers in europe??) You wont be able to use the eg rad without leaning.

With what im at im sure i'l have to use a spacer with my rad.

Best bet would be to talk to them or ask on honda-tech, most people using it will have a b-series engine anyway id assume so will have the same problem if the inlet/outlets are 16v size

The DA bar was ment to have been shipped on Friday and Ive been doing all my dealings with Todd.
The koyo rad is $390 from password! ive priced around and they are the most expensive but the are fast and take paypal!
there is an extra bar comin off the DA bar for the front mounting! i hope this wont get in the way of the rad!!

You couldnt have asked them to take it off before they shipped it?

Ya password are a little bit more than what i paid but i didnt have paypal so it didnt matter who i went with, i was very happy with Rob at NLM, sorted me out well

let us know how you get on anyway, i hate shipping and especially customs. The only thing i got away with was a set of Function7 Lca's

I could have gotten it removed but ill need it!
thinking about just getting a custom one made up!

Wayne with the supercharged ITR got his coilover in from password without paying customs!
I had to pay duty on my lip that i got from them. they ship with TNT and they charge very little duty with compared to UPS!
