Opel Astra OPC
Read a review of this in the latest Engineer's Journal...I mean, er, Penthouse, no..Max Power! Anyway, it looks quite the savage beastie with more bhp than the Golf GTi or Focus ST (240 in all, apparently only 25 less than the 3.0 BMW 1-series, which costs €15000 more!). Not thinking of defecting from the Honda camp yet, but there's some tasty figures right there.

OK, firstly - it's an Opel.
Second, it's an Opel. Third, 240bhp through the front wheels = torque steer. Fourth, it's got an Opel badge. I could go on...

would do nothing for me , not because its an opel , i love the calibra , its just not stylish or rugged ,it ticks no boxes apart from performance .cant see an owners club starting if you get what i mean .
