Si = 16v = EF7 = ED9
SiR = VT = EF8 = EE8

The glass roof is a stiffer shell than the normal tin top roof as it was reinforced to stop it flexing for obvious reasons. I know because i had both and there was a noticable difference. With the normal roof the doors didnt open/close properly if you jacked the car up on one corner, the glass roof car you could. Also felt very different to drive. Only down side is the extra weight up on top.

For a track car an 88 Si is what you want. Hard to know if the glass roof would be better, i would say the lightest car would be best, an 88 Si with a plain tin roof.

Does anyone know if that carbonfibre sunroof from 12tune.nl is just a plug? Or does it actually bolt in place of the original sunroof panel? Most of the ones I've seen are plugs and therefore eliminate the sunroof(which I kinda like). Wouldn't mind the weight savings though over the standard item, plus looks better(and mine is starting to get a couple rust spots on it).

It's meant as a replacement for the OEM panel. Nothing to stop you making a plug out of it if you want to, there's plenty of write-ups on CRX-UK about what to do.

Oh okay, well my problem is that I'm not sure if 12tune.nl will ship to the US so I will have to find it on some other website probably, although I really like the one that they have. Also, 199,00 Euros is like $270 US plus shipping....gonna be pretty expensive. Have to look somewhere else then...
