Welcome to the Site.

Your VT looks very clean - well wear.

What Mods had you in mind and much money to spend on it?

Luckily enough you don't have to spend big bucks on them to get them looking well.

A set of 15" Alloys to suit, front Fogs, Lowering springs and that pretty much sums it ups looks wise. Really depends on personal taste but if you go and put a big ass fugly kit on it you're no longer welcome here

What age bracket are you in if you don't mind me asking?

Alright man, welcome along!
Looks a tidy car

As for mods it all depends on your budget really
As Ronan said, it doesn't take alot to get them looking well. Wheels and springs would be first on my list

As for performance i'd start with a good manifold and exhaust system. And a decent panel filter for your airbox.

Best of luck with the car!

Welcome Dan

Definately nice 15" alloys and lower it slightly (on springs if you wanna keep a smooth drive)
Best look into second hand wheels as youll often get really nice stuff at great prices.. Then like kev said mani and exhaust etc

Anything bigger than 15's and you'll compromise the handling of the car.
And big wheels dont look right on a CRX but thats just my opinion. But if its what you like then fair enough, each to their own and all that!
But I wouldn't put anything bigger than 15's on my rex.

As for whats the best springs, again its depends on what you like, comfort or handling.
I got coilovers for mine and can't fault them. The rides a bit harsh but I dont mind sacrificing the comfort because she handles like shes on rails!!

I've heard Eibach springs and Koni shocks are a good combo for road use but have no experience with them.

What kind of wheels tickle your fancy??
Keep an eye on forums. You might see a nice second hand set of something you like.

White Mugen RNR's look well on Cel blue CRX's[8D]
